Due to the growth of our company, we are looking for HR Business Partner who will be involved in the development of our Team

What do you need to do?

  • Collaborate with staff to bring in relevant specialist skill-sets as required (to address training needs, compliance, etc.)
  • Managing and resolving complex, multicultural employee relations, ensuring a positive employee experience across countries and jurisdictions
  • Build a people plan and KPIs - spend time with teams and leads to understand their challenges, needs and gaps.
  • Leading the People Operations team of two, who are responsible for HR operations, compliance, employee relations, relocations, and payroll and benefits administration
  • Providing thought leadership and expert guidance to the team, supporting their continued growth and development through the employment of exceptional coaching skills
  • Conducting periodic reviews of our benefits offering in each location, providing expert local knowledge to ensure we can continue to compete for the best talent locally while retaining alignment with our global reward principles
  • Reviewing our current operational processes (across all aspects of the employee journey from onboarding to exit) and identifying effectiveness improvements to help us scale the impact of the people team for the region without compromising the employee experience

Your Previous Experience:

  • Regional / multi-site experience - you’re experienced supporting an employee population split across geographies and can adapt your approach to suit varying cultural demands

  • Worked in a high growth tech company - this will help you know how to deal with ambiguity and shifting priorities, plus you’ll need to have experience of working closely with people involved in product engineering

  • Delivered complex projects - the ability to execute is vital to your success in this role; you’ll be able to apply your formidable technical knowledge with your in-depth business understanding to define clear, actionable project plans that deliver our commercial goals.

  • Applied company wide policies - the ability to develop, launch and manage policies such as staff development, equal opportunity, Amazon Bar Raiser, holacracy/teal organisation, leadership and ownership
