RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve as the principal point of contact with Program counterparts (Ukrainian organizations, US-based organizations), and additional activity stakeholders within cybersecurity program communications and implementation of activities;
Oversee all financial and administrative matters, including ensuring adherence to Program reporting and communication rules and regulations;
Serve as the Company representative on the Advisory Committee of the Program;
Monitor all technical deliverables, including ensuring technical deliverables are in adherence to projects objectives;
Establish the technical vision for the program, and ensure the workplan implementation across all project components and technical areas in cooperation with the CEO and senior management team;
Aggregate and provide timely and accurate reporting on all program areas;
Ensure coordination with Program stakeholders to identify areas of collaboration and potential synergies

QUALIFICATIONS:

7+ years of experience in managing large international development projects;
Expertise in establishing, managing and/or operating complex programs with multiple partners and in-country stakeholders;
Experience in issues of cybersecurity, policy development, and/or government capacity building;
Demonstrated experience working with senior host-country counterparts in Ukraine, such as the Parliament;
Advanced degree in social and/or information science, law, international development, public administration, or related area;
Advanced English, Ukrainian and/or Russian
