We are looking for a Project/Account manager for our marketing projects and for customers of our marketing services. The number of customers is growing despite quarantine and remote work and we want to keep providing them with the same level of communications as they are getting now.

Your responsibilities:

• Direct communications with customers and their marketing teams;
• Accurate information sharing both ways from/to the customer side and inside our team;
• Tasks allocation & management;
• Work with marketing services directly;
• Identification of new opportunities for upselling;
• Reports management.

What experience are we looking for?

• At least 1 year working with teams and clients in marketing/IT sphere
• Advanced English (oral & written)
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Ability to multitask
• Desire to learn and improve skills
• Systematic approach (e.g. if you write similar messages, you create template for them and use it all the time)
• Good knowledge of digital marketing will be a plus;
• Positive attitude and the sense of humor:)
