☑ Подробности о вакантном месте:

MISSION:

• will support the local Service operations (maintenance projects, parts activity).
  • Identify with the support of technical function all the parts that are necessary to perform the maintenance operations according to the maintenance plan and the OEM’s.
  • Provides the sourcing commitments for the parts with the best negotiated Q,C,D conditions from suppliers
  • Manage and maintain the parts catalog in order to ensure availability of the parts at the best conditions for the maintenance contract.
  • Place orders to the suppliers
  • Develop local suppliers where it’s appropriate : consumables, services.
• Applies the sourcing strategy defined by the central Service sourcing organization for the strategic commodities(commodity managers).
• Manage the local panel of suppliers in accordance to the global sourcing policy
• Negotiate with suppliers the specific conditions for the local business and operations.
• Is contributing to optimize the life cycle costs of the locomotive trough sourcing savings initiatives

Supplier relationship:

• Identification of project and business needs
• Preparation and launch the RFQ’s using the standard e-sourcing tools
• Negotiation of cost reduction with suppliers
• Place orders for the projects
• Ensure QCD targets achievements
• Management of supplier issues before escalating the problems to his direct report
• Close work with internal customers and stakeholders (supply chain, engineering, SQA, sales) for issues related to sourcing
• Applies the AT sourcing processes and tools

As local relay for the Service Sourcing organisation:

• Consolidation of needs with the commodity managers at local level
• Supports the PLSD’s and commodity managers in the tenders for local business

He is the work-package owner for materials.

• Build the material budget in the life cycle costs
• Q,C,D responsible for the material work package and initiate actions to keep it under control.

Educational Requirements:

• Commercial or technical master degree

Desired Knowledge / Experience and skills:

• Strong knowledge of sourcing, theories and processes.
• 5 years materials or manufacturing experience, Automotives, Aeronautic, Railway industry
• Good technical skills : parts and OEM’s identification,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Languages : Russian and English – French is an asset.
• Strong user of informatics tools (manipulating data in Excel, SAP, e-sourcing tools)
• Strong negotiation skills
• Autonomous
• Able to work within an international network
