Support and contribution of key transformational projects will depend on your work in Danone.

In this role you will:

• Present an HR part in budgeting process & control for severance, outplacement, education in the frame of job change, etc.
• Support in preparation materials for CESI.
• Be a restructuring methodology center of expertise, covering both technical things and social policy.
• Act as PMO for restructuring projects, as well leading communication plan for them.
• Lead outplacement programes (tender, contracting, programes roll-out, equipping outplaced staff with ability to find a new job, etc.).
• Help project leaders with methodology of Project management, change management.
• Educate colleagues on project methodology at work.

• You have 3 years + Project manager experience with a proven track record.
• You have operations / factory background (as an advantage).
• You are experienced at Excel.
• Your English level is at Advanced level.

• You have high level of collaborativeness, agility and an ability to build multifunctional network.
• You have an excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills.
