Our client is an independent industrial company specialized in the design, manufacture and marketing of hydrostatic transmissions. Their expertise, known throughout the world, enables to operate in highly diversified markets such as agriculture, building and construction, material handling, the industrial and highways-related sectors, the environment and many others.

Mission:

In charge of sales office organisation, subsidiary manager assistance, orders registration and delivery organisation.

Responsibilities:

- Registration and archiving of SBU correspondence and documentation

- Treatment of sales transaction in PeopleSoft

- PeopleSoft databases maintenance (customer’s data, price lists,...)

- Registration and checking of incoming payments from customers

- Demand for due payment in cooperation with sales engineers

- COFACE overruns checking before deliveries

- CSA function – registration of orders in PSFI, communication with suppliers and order confirmations for customer in collaboration with sales engineers

- CLA function – following and checking of delivery dates, communication with customers and transport companies, shipping instructions, custom documentation, invoicing,...

- Keeping customers forecasts in PSFT actual in cooperation with sales engineers

- Checking and authorisation of all invoices for ordered goods and services with SBU order (all internal orders for customer’s goods and services, transport orders,...) or signed purchase order

- Purchasing of flying tickets for SBU staff

- Public relations – presence on fairs and exhibitions, purchasing of promotions articles, sales documentation,...)

- SBU staff attendance recording

- SBU cash responsibility – monthly billing of cost

- Collaboration on cost budgeting of SBU

- Following and checking of SBU costs

Requirements:

- HIGHER EDUCATION - Technical, Engineer, Mechanical engineer (Bauman Moscow State Technical University as an asset).

- Knowledge of office organisation

- Logistic & Communication

- Computer skills (Windows Office, etc.)

- ENGLISH - FLUENT (French or another would be an asset)

Conditions:

- Salary, yearly bonus and medical insurance.

- Start: April 2017.
