We are looking for a talented and ambitious Creative Team (Senior Art Director & Senior Copywriter) who can work across all mediums for an award-winning integrated agency. The agency has been expanding rapidly over the last few years, winning some fantastic clients over and is now looking to build on their successes with the hire of a new team.

You will be a 360 team and love coming up with big ideas that get to the heart of advertising a product. This is a role that is extremely hands on and varied and creatives often get to work collaboratively.

The portfolio needs to show the ability to make good ideas great with the use of imagery and execution across a wide range of media from DM to videos/TVCs, brand books and digital (social, microsites, apps).

What matters most is a team who possesses a can-do approach, and is brimming with great ideas and concepts and an infectious attitude.

Qualifications:

• High level of understanding in art direction, graphic design and interactive including page layout, typography and illustration;
• Understanding of integrated direct marketing principles;
• Proven staff management skills with experience in handling direct reports;
• Highly organized with an ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and simultaneously handle multiple projects, and allocate work to the remainder of the team;
• Strong understanding of strategic direction;
• Excellent conceptual and design skills;
• Very highly skilled and efficient in the use of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, including the ability to make changes quickly and accurately;
• Very accurate with high attention to detail;
• Excellent visual and verbal communication skills;
• Highly motivated self-starter with a can-do attitude.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor of Fine Arts or equivalent work experience;
• Minimum of 7 years experience preferred;
• Wide ranging portfolio focused on direct marketing campaigns with a strong direct mail/print emphasis including conceptual, design and production expertise.
