As a Global Logistics Associate you will:

•Coordinate all logistic-related activities needed for the trial globally (in multiple countries) to ensure contractual timelines are met and required materials are provided to sites, including

•Serve as the primary liaison and primary point of contact for logistics issues.

•Prepare a logistics project plan based on country requirements and site needs and ensures its implementation.

• Develop the logistics budget and manage contracts with logistics vendors, monitors budget status and coordinates contract updates.

• Liaise with the study team and applicable third parties (i.e. supplies vendors, drug depots, courier companies, customs brokers.) to ensure that the logistics of clinical trial supplies meets the needs of the trial (includes vendor contracts and invoices management, vendor set-up, as well as day-to-day communication with PRA project team)

• Coordinate local depots and local sourcing of clinical trial materials

• Provide support to set-up the import and export of clinical trial materials

• Analyze and escalates logistics issues/risks appropriately

• A Bachelor’s or higher degree
• Knowledge of logistics of the country the executed duties refer to
• Ability to work in stressful environment and complete tasks within narrow time frames.

• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English
