☑ Подробности о вакантном месте:

Purpose: To assure planning and control of the activities relevant to the project by setting up, proposing and evaluating multiyear plans and budgets, controlling the implementation of the business plans versus the approved programs, and maintaining the appropriate links and reporting.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
1. The implementation of the 4 years Budget/Forecast planning and control process for investments, production, infrastructure costs etc. supplying the requested for statutory reporting also through the existing IT systems.
2. The preparation and submission of project authorization proposals and the monitoring of projects approvals in accordance with MSG “Planning & Control” Investment authorization section.
3. The execution of economic evaluations of projects with the target to support the management in the choice of the most profitable options and to assess the economic value of the assets.
4. The execution of evaluations, reports on specific subjects of project venture.
5. Ensuring of timely preparation of monthly & quarterly reports with precise and deep analysis of the costs and year-to-date variances from the budget.
6. Monitoring of Operator and Division budgets/Forecast, actual costs for investments and cash call processing.
7. The link with the company and HQ on matters regarding corporate activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
The job holder must have:
Bachelor or Master Degree in Economic
At least 5 years’ experience in relevant sphere, Petroleum industry is preferable
Required Competencies:
Knowledge of petroleum industry is essential.
Capable to work without supervision
Capable to work under constant pressure to meet deadlines and time constraints
English language fluency both written and verbal
Excellent computer skills: Power Point, Word, Excel, Visio.
