Responsibilities

Development of the legal strategy of the Company in Ukraine
Coordination and managing of activity of legal departments of the companies owned in Ukraine
Steering of all legal matters of company (internal and external)
Managing the team of in-house lawyers
Managing external counsels
Preparation of corporate documents for the shareholders
Giving legal advice to theCountry Management and the departments on all legal matters
Advising the management board and the supervisory board
Managing litigation procedures
Liaise with the General Directors of companies in Ukraine
Maintaining a central legal reporting structure within Ukraine
Developing and maintaining a database for legal documents, such as corporate resolutions, licenses and permits, contracts etc.
Planning and implementing improvements to internal and external legal processes
Collaboration with other departments to integrate legal aspects with business systems and processes
Development of tax minimization schemes, other legal decisions concerning activities of the Company in Ukraine and abroad

Requirements

3+ years of practical experience at the similer position in an international company with a focus on corporate, contract, licensing and real estate law
Excelent language and communication skills in English, Ukrainian and Russian
Excelent legal drafting capacities
Ability to work with composure under pressure and to manage multiple, concurrent tasks and projects
Excelent management skills including implementation and decision making with a clear focus on speed, communication, analytical thinking, leadership & team building
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
Proficient in all relevant computer programmes
