Requirements:

• At least 2 years of related experience in non-IT or IT industries

Specialized knowledge:

• Understanding of software development lifecycle
• Knowledge of requirements lifecycle and business analysis techniques
• Working knowledge of the principles of designing relational databases (baseline)
• Professional experience in the development of technical documentation

Skills & abilities:

• Good communication skills
• Self-organization and attention to details
• Ability to modify approach as per changing conditions, circumstances and feedback
• Strong problem solving and research skills
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Fluent Ukrainian and Russian, elementary level of English

Responsibilities:

• Analyze functional requirements, specify and document them to an appropriate level of detail suitable for use by the project team
• Assist in requirements prioritization
• Creating specifications for the development of additional functionality of the software product and reports
• Help to identify and track changes to requirements
• Build communication channels and develop relationships with internal and external project stakeholders
• Review business analysis deliverables with the project team and the client
• Assist in acceptance testing
• Conducting presentations and demonstrations of the functionality of a software product for the Customer

As a Plus:

• Experience in the FMCG area. Understanding the structure of sales, retail distribution, and marketing activities
• Knowledge of SFA (Sales Force Automation), DMS (Distribution Management System) та BI (Business Intelligence)
