Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist the Marketing Manager/Senior Brand Manager/Brand Manager to develop and execute annual brand plans that will achieve planned profitability, volume, market share and brand health;
Participate in development and implementation of brand activities working closely with the MM/SBM/BM and agencies;
Lead non-strategic brand related projects in different areas (NPD, Insights, consumer and trade promotions etc.) under supervision of MM/SBM/BM;
Keep budget file(s) with allocated DME brand(s) budgets and provide compliance of spending between Brand Marketing and Finance;
Execute minor/technical changes to packaging and POS design together with agencies, Marketing Communications, and Innovations;
Act as point of contact for Regional Trade Marketing on brand specific questions and responsible for capturing and ensuring fast communication of insights from local teams into the central brand team;
Support the assessment of all brand activities under the guidance of the MM/SBM/BM and with the support from Insights and Marketing Communications teams;
Review, monitor and analyze brand health and performance together with the Insights team, generating initial hypotheses and conducting data analysis of internal and external data sources;
Develop and maintain competitor analysis;
For license brands, be responsible for regular reporting delivery.

Competency Requirements:

Higher Education (University level);
Previous experience in brand/trade marketing of minimum 1-2 years full time;
Understanding of the basic principles of brand positioning and how to apply this to brand activation development;
Strong insights skills, i.e. The ability to conduct data analysis under guidance of Marketing Manager or Brand Manager(s) to understand brand health, issues and opportunities;
Understanding of integrated activation and proven delivery of projects in both ATL/BTL/Trade;
Fluent English;
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills;
Ability to work with cross functional teams;
Budget management;
Ability to plan and implement various brand projects effectively and on his/her own within given time;
Result-oriented personality;
Self-starter with high level of personal drive and initiative;
Intuitive and curious about brands, consumers and customers;
Computer skills above average.
