Deloitte is currently seeking an Experienced Recruiter to join the Talent department of our Kyiv office.

The role will involve:

• Engage in the full cycle of recruitment, both graduate and experienced levels
• Maintain candidate database and create recruitment reports
• Develop and run internal and external advertisement campaigns (Internet, Job sites, social networks, etc.)
• Regularly screen CVs of candidates coming to the Company address. Monitor and keep an external candidate database updated.
• Contact candidates, arrange interviews and conduct competency-based interviews.
• Interview, test, rank, check references, select candidates and provide feedback to successful and unsuccessful candidates, managers as well based on the jobs pre-established selection criteria and the organization's recruitment policies.
• Respond to inquiries from candidates about the organization's recruitment activities and about the status of job vacancies. Feedback sessions with Hiring Managers.
• Represent the organization at job fairs and other recruitment venues so that potential candidates have an opportunity to learn about the organization and its activities.
• Participate in other HR projects.

To be considered you should possess:

• University Degree.
• 2+ years of active recruitment & HR activities
• Working knowledge of recruitment principles & techniques
• Intermediate and above (B2+) English Level
• Advanced with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strong Internet user skills
• Solid communicative skills, people-oriented, mature and energetic
• High level of motivation & result oriented approach
