Click Aviation Network is currently looking for a LEGAL OFFICER for its office in Kyiv Ukraine

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing the delivery of legal services to the Click Aviation Network operations in Ukraine.
• Developing, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts both in Ukrainian / Russian and English.
• Managing disputes/litigation/dispute resolution - to include preparation of the claims and relevant documents.
• Managing relationships with outside legal firms, cost control, overseeing external service delivery.
• Advising on the compliance of the company's IT product and business practices with applicable laws in the company's markets of operations
• Leading on implementation GDPR requirements in the Click AN
• Reviewing & negotiating, drafting and revising contracts for the different seravice offerings
• Ensuring the observance of laws with respects to commercial agreements and company law
• Providing proactive legal assistance and advice in relations to various aspects of the Click AN business
• Manage relations with external legal advisors
• Represent the Click AN in ensuring the efficient handling and winning resolution of all negotiations and disputes
• Contributes in negotiation contracts with new customers
• Monitor changes in legal environment relevant to the Click AN business
• Supervise, research and analyze implication of case law, legislation, and regulatory matters that affect the company and reporting them back to the Managing Director
• Provide legal consultations and advice in issues related to office operations and dealing with issues of taxation, registration, lease and vendor contracts.
• Provide support with respect to HR matters and work close with Senior HR Officer to ensure the compliance with local legislation requirements.
• Obtaining permits and licenses for different types of company operations

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Skills (practised capability/behaviours)

• Strong knowledge of international civil, commercial and corporate law
• Strong knowledge of Ukrainian civil and commercial, labour, corporate law, tax legislation
• Legal drafting skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Positively and effectively interacts with all levels of the organization and industry/community contacts.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization.
• A hands-on manager with integrity and a desire to work in a very dynamic and operationally intense environment.
• Able to support the Click Aviation Network in its growth and business changes.
• Fluent English is a must

Experience:

• At least 5 years legal experience, with a proven track record in aviation

Qualification:

• University degree in Law.
