TASKS:

Development management - 2 products: a. development of an existing mobile application (for the SmartPTT product); b. creation and development of a new product: POC (Ptt Over Cellular) application that works within the framework of 3GPP standards.
Requirements analysis and prioritization. Working with Stakeholders in order to come to agreement on Road Map and Releases scope.
Managing changes on agreed scope.
Customer development, market research: definition of the criteria for analytics, market requirements, current trends, competitive benchmarking, promising areas of development;
Information support of employees of marketing, sales, technical support departments, demonstration of results to business and users through demo meetings;
Planning and the monitoring the financial efficiency of the product, the risk assessment and minimization.
Project management for the development of these products: content, timing. The total team size is 5 people (4 dev, 1 QA).

FOR THIS NEED:

Higher education (preferably technical);
Spoken and written English (upper Intermediate level (B2) and above): 99% of the time interaction with foreign customers;
Basic marketing knowledge is appreciated;
Strong analytical skills;
Project management experience in Software development projects not less than 2 years. Experience in Mobile Apps development projects is desirable;
Knowledge and Practice in applying main Project Management methodologies – Agile-family or Waterfall-family ones. Lean and Kanban practices skills are appreciated;
Experience of working in international teams or with international Stakeholders is much appreciated;
Ability to convince the point of view and to work with objections.
