3HLinen is looking for Operational manager to supervise manufacturing and operational processes of the company.

If you consider yourself highly responsible, detail oriented and do not stop until achieving the highest customer satisfaction level, we’d like to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating work of the team and suppliers to ensure timely production of the orders.

• Daily sync-up meetings and weekly reporting to CEO.

• Escalation point for non-standard cases.

• Preparing, maintaining and analysing reports to address any possible delays before they occur (forecasting of fabric stock and other supply materials stock).

• Removing all obstacles to customer satisfaction and/or financial performance, working with customer’s feedback. Controlling the quality of production during regular visits to the production studio.

• Following up, escalating and taking action if orders delivery is not meeting expectations.

Requirements:

• Project Management experience will be a strong advantage.

• Fluent English (upper intermediate and higher).

• Proven track record of customer communication and customer satisfaction management.

• Strong customer orientation skill.

• Decisive: must be able to use initiative to make quick decisions to resolve problems and overcome obstacles delaying delivery.

• Delivering results: ability to plan and organize self and work in order to achieve objectives and target.

Personal attributes:

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

• Self-starter and self-motivated, willing to put in extra time, attentive to detail.

• Solution driven; able to react quickly and resolve issues.

• Must be able to persuade and influence others.

• Good relationship builder.
