WHO WE LOOK FOR

We are looking for a Design Lead with a track record of diversified experience in UX/UI design and turning software into easy-to-use products for our clients – to join our team in Moscow, Russia.

The Lead Designer will be working alongside Chief Technology Officer, Head of Frontend and Content Director helping to build solid, user-friendly products by creating both functional and appealing features that address the needs of our clients.

KEY RESULTS

• Create cutting-edge, solid and user-friendly software applications and products backed by strong brand identity.

KEY FUNCTIONS

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers

• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences

• Design graphic user interface elements

• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate the designs

• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how products function and look like

• Identify design problems and devise solutions

• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces

• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)

• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback

• Adhere to style brand standards on fonts, colors and images

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI

• Portfolio of design projects

• Up-to-date knowledge of design software

• Good time-management skills

PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Dynamic and charismatic with remarkable critical thinking skills

• Problem-solving aptitude and willingness to be hands-on when required

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to explain complicated concepts in simple terms

• Native or advanced English

• Native or advanced Russian
